Job Summary The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering IT projects and services within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business requirements. The role involves coordinating technical teams and business users to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and delivery plans.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, infrastructure, cloud, security, and support teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Manage client/customer communication and provide regular status reports.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and resolve escalated issues.
- Establish and track KPIs, SLAs,



project metrics, and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
- Support Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
- Coordinate releases, deployments, transitions, and production support activities.
- Mentor and develop project and delivery team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT project/program/service delivery.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
- Robust stakeholder and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
- Understanding of cloud, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
