Role Overview

We are looking for a hybrid Business and Data Analyst to bridge the gap between our business teams and technical data systems. In this role, you will extract data from our cloud warehouse, build visual dashboards, and translate numbers into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting needs.

Report & Dashboard Design: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, visual reports, and data models using multiple data sources.

Data Analysis & SQL Development: Write high-performance SQL queries, perform data profiling, and clean raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

System Translation: Convert complex business logic into functional specifications for engineering and data teams.

Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot reporting issues, validate datasets, and tune queries and dashboards for performance.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau).

Analytical Skills: Solid ability to interpret data trends, perform root-cause analysis, and execute data storytelling.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Education/Experience: A degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, paired with proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence reporting.

Specific tools or software (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Python)

A specific industry focus (Finance, Healthcare, Retail)
