Must have skills:

- Strong hands on experience with Java and SQL-Excellent SQL skills, database knowledge

- Troubleshooting skills/experience (application level as well as
- server level)

- Exposure of microservices architecture (Basic understanding is mandatory)/

- Experience in Batch Processing using SSIS

- Positive understanding of server-side batch processing

- Hands-on experience with Kafka

- Knowledge of Jenkins for deployment and CI/CD activities

- Experience working with JIRA and Rally for ticket and workflow management

- Working knowledge in monitoring tools (preferably Splunk,

- AppDynamics, Grafana or Elastic)

- We are looking for an Individual Contributor (IC) for an Application Support role involving 16/7 production support. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting application issues, monitoring systems,



and ensuring seamless support for business-critical applications.

- Key Responsibilities

- Provide 16/7 application support for production environments.

- Monitor applications and proactively identify issues.

- Analyze incoming tickets, determine the nature and severity of incidents, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

- Update incident/service tickets with troubleshooting details and resolution status.

- Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.

- Perform activities such as email notifications, service restarts, and process validations as part of support responsibilities.

- Support application migration/transition activities, including planned transfers to other applications.

- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and permanent fixes.

- Participate in incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
