We are seeking an experienced and result driven IT Project Manager at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in managing IT projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering IT Infra initiatives across complex IT environments, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects

- Manage end to end delivery of infra projects like data center setup/migration, network & server upgrades, end user device refresh / VDI rollout, IT security infra (firewalls, IAM, endpoint protection), network devices, IT Infra asset management etc.

- Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, risks, timelines and budgets

- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs and communication plans

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards





- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on progress, risks and milestones

Key Skills required:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

- 9+ years of experience in IT with some exposure in managing IT Infrastructure projects

- Understanding of infrastructure technologies servers, storage, backup and cloud platforms

- Proficiency in PM tools like JIRA

- Strong project management skills, communication, leadership and stakeholder management

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, Hybrid)

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills

- Must be adaptable & willing to travel to client location 5 days a week

- BFSI industry exposure
