Experience - 3-5 years in color cosmetics

Qualifications - B.Sc / B. Pharma

CTC - 3-5 LPA

Responsibilities

- Online quality checking & FG Audit.
- To give feedback to production & Quality Department regarding online deviations and get the corrective actions implemented.
- To maintain all documentations as per IPQA requirements.
- To help operations maintain GMP requirements.
- Preparation of the In Process analysis reports for QC clearance.
- To lead and monitor IPQA activities in the factory.
- Pre dispatch samples sending, communication & receiving Approval from each customer as per the Customers requirement.
- Control Sample Withdrawal from Online, Storage in Control Sample Room and Record Updation of the same.
- FTR Samples Sending and Communication to the concern regarding testing results Of FTR Samples.
- Ensuring analysis of each FG batch as per Indian standard and dealing with the external lab for Heavy metal analysis and other required testing.
- Terminal Inspection as per AQL
- BMR verification and line clearance at Dispensing/Manufacturing/Packing
- Setting Monitoring
