We are looking for a Junior Telematics Hardware Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in electronics control module development . The candidate will work on Telematic Control Modules for tractors, harvesters and construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop electronic control modules from requirements through production.
- Work on system design, schematic design, component selection and design calculations .
- Support microcontroller, semiconductor, simulation, bootloader and BSP-related activities.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Project, Purchase, Quality and supplier teams.
- Prepare RFQ/Product Cards, ECNs, specifications and component development plans.
- Review supplier DFMEA and participate in system-level DFMEA.
- Prepare and execute DVP , analyze test results and support issue resolution.
- Support vehicle-level testing and quality/reliability improvements.
- Release component drawings and support production activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and verify corrective actions.
- Work with suppliers for component development and technical evaluation.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in electronics hardware/control module development.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering .
- Strong knowledge of electronic control modules and hardware design .
- Experience with microcontrollers, semiconductors, schematic design and simulations .
- Knowledge of bootloader and BSP is required.
- Understanding of control module production processes such as SMT assembly, injection molding and EOL testing .
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams.
- Positive communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience with CREO, Teamcenter or Polarion .
- Knowledge of homologation requirements for India, Europe and America.
- Experience in agriculture, construction or commercial vehicles .
- Knowledge of telematics/control modules used in vehicles.
