Job Responsibilities





- Understanding of BPO Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
- Understanding of complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 setting.
- Open to work from office
