About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Professional to manage investor and analyst relationships, support capital-market communications, and provide market intelligence to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, equity markets, and investor communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and capital-market stakeholders.
- Manage quarterly earnings activities, investor presentations, earnings releases, calls, and analyst interactions.
- Prepare investor presentations, management talking points, FAQs, and IR communications.
- Monitor investor sentiment, analyst views, share-price movements, peer performance, and market trends.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and management interactions.
- Analyse shareholder composition, trading activity, valuation metrics, and investor feedback.
- Work closely with the CFO, CEO, Finance, and senior management to develop clear investor messaging.
- Support annual reports, corporate presentations, regulatory disclosures, and IR website updates.
- Conduct industry benchmarking, peer analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure investor communications comply with applicable securities laws and disclosure requirements.

Mandatory Skills




- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, equity markets, and capital markets.
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent investor, stakeholder, and relationship-management abilities.
- Experience working with listed companies and institutional investors.
- Exposure to earnings releases, analyst interactions, roadshows, and investor conferences.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

CA / CFA / MBA Finance or relevant professional qualification will be preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A;, or Capital Markets backgrounds are preferred.
