About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support communication and relationships with existing and prospective investors in our US real estate investment business.

The role involves investor communication, maintaining investor records, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, supporting investor onboarding, and assisting with fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with existing and prospective investors through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Respond to investor queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update investor records, investment details, commitments, contributions, and distributions.
- Prepare and distribute investor updates, reports, presentations, and investment-related materials.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and other teams to collect information for investor reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective investors and support the management of the investor pipeline.
- Assist with investor onboarding and the collection of required documentation.
- Support fundraising activities, investor meetings, webinars,



and presentations.
- Handle confidential investor and financial information professionally and accurately.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good understanding of financial and real estate investment concepts.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work with US-based teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in US real estate, investments, private equity, or financial services.
- Knowledge of concepts such as IRR, ROI, Cap Rate, Cash Flow, Equity, Debt, and Distributions.
- Experience preparing investor reports or presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM or investor management platforms.
