About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Operations Analyst to support investment and client operations. The role involves data management, reporting, documentation, transaction support, and coordination with internal teams and external financial service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Reporting & Presentations

Collect, clean, organize, and present stock, market, and portfolio-related data.

Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and investment-related documentation.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and internal records.

Investment Operations & Coordination

Support transaction processing, documentation, and reconciliation across financial products.

Coordinate with mutual fund houses, brokers, custodians, insurance companies, and other service providers.

Maintain and update client and portfolio records in internal systems and databases.

Assist with client documentation, follow-ups, and operational queries.





Support back-office activities and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Follow internal processes, documentation standards, and quality-control procedures.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounts, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

0–5 years of experience in operations, reporting, data analysis, finance, or related areas. Freshers are welcome.

Strong interest in financial markets, investments, and business operations.

Good written and spoken English and Hindi.

Knowledge of Gujarati will be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and standard productivity tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work with structured information and follow defined processes.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
