About the Company

Divinion Advisory Services Private Limited is the Investment Manager to Divinion Investments, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) investing across equities and derivatives, with a focus on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns while managing downside and volatility.

We are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to work closely with the team across trading, portfolio operations and reporting. This is a highly hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Support trade execution and day-to-day portfolio operations across equity and derivatives.
- Perform daily cash and trade reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely closure.
- Monitor portfolio margins, leverage, exposures, and key risk metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, portfolio data, and MIS for internal monitoring and reporting.
- Support investor onboarding, Board reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with banks and custodians.
- Maintain and track monthly NAV, performance, attribution, and risk metrics across portfolios.




- Take on new projects and responsibilities as the firm evolves.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- CFA Level I preferred; NISM Series VIII and/or XV is a plus.
- Strong Excel, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial markets, trading, options, and derivatives.
- Experience or interest in coding and automation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
