Role: Investment Advisor –

Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore

Responsibilities : –
- The Advisor will be part of the team involved in finding and evaluating public market opportunities at the firm. –
- Run top-down filters on market data to screen for prospective opportunities. –
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and company filings such as annual reports, quarterly results, and earnings call transcripts. –
- Conduct secondary research on various industries and evaluate competitive landscape for prospective opportunities. –
- Conduct primary research and due diligence on prospective opportunities. –
- Conduct valuation exercise using methods such as relative valuation. –
- Prepare financial models, exit strategies and investment committee reports.



Desired skills and experience –
- Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking or research. –
- Solid understanding of reported metrics in financial statements. –

Experience in company evaluation and financial modeling. –
- Strong research and analytical abilities. –
- Comfortable in using public market tools such as Bloomberg and Ace Equity. –
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication. –
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in small groups.
