About the Role

Lithros India is looking for an experienced INVERTER SPECIALIST with strong hands-on expertise in inverter and battery systems. We are looking for someone who can act as the go-to technical expert for all inverter-related queries — from product selection and system sizing to installation, configuration, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and customer/dealer technical support.

This is a specialist technical role, not a general technician position.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inverter Technical Expertise

- Act as the primary technical expert for all inverter-related matters.
- Have in-depth knowledge of different types of inverters and their applications.
- Understand inverter specifications, ratings, capacity, efficiency, compatibility and operating parameters.
- Recommend the right inverter based on load, battery configuration, application and customer requirements.
- Handle technical queries from customers, dealers, distributors and internal teams.

2. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

- Diagnose and resolve inverter-related technical problems.
- Identify the root cause of inverter faults and system failures.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Charging
- Discharging
- Battery compatibility
- Overload
- Short circuit
- Low/high voltage
- Temperature-related issues
- Output fluctuations
- Communication errors
- Protection/fault codes
- System shutdowns
- Changeover and backup issues
- Interpret inverter fault/error codes and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide technicians, dealers and customers remotely as well as through field visits when required.

3. Inverter–Battery Compatibility

- Have robust technical knowledge of inverter and battery integration.
- Understand lithium-ion battery compatibility with different inverter systems.
- Recommend appropriate battery voltage, capacity and configuration.
- Understand charging profiles, charging parameters and battery-management requirements.




- Troubleshoot inverter-battery communication and compatibility issues.

4. Solar & Energy Storage Knowledge

- Understand solar inverter and energy-storage applications.
- Provide technical guidance for inverter + battery + solar configurations.
- Understand basic system sizing and load calculations.
- Support technical evaluation of solar and backup-power requirements.
- Assist the team in developing suitable energy-storage solutions.

5. Installation & Commissioning

- Guide and/or supervise inverter installation and commissioning.
- Verify system connections and configuration.
- Ensure correct inverter and battery settings.
- Conduct technical checks during commissioning.
- Support dealers and service technicians during difficult installations.
- Prepare or verify installation and troubleshooting procedures.

6. Customer & Dealer Technical Support

- Serve as the technical point of contact for inverter-related queries.
- Resolve technical issues raised by dealers, distributors and customers.
- Conduct technical training for dealers and service personnel.
- Explain inverter operation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide clear technical instructions to non-technical customers when required.

7. Product & Technical Development

- Identify recurring inverter issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical feedback to the product and management teams.
- Evaluate inverter performance in different applications.
- Support product testing and technical validation.
- Stay updated with new inverter technologies, features and industry developments.

What We're Looking ForWe need an INVERTER EXPERT, not just someone with basic inverter experience. The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong hands-on experience with inverter systems.




- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Ability to independently resolve complex inverter-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of inverter–battery integration.
- Practical installation and commissioning experience.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, circuit diagrams and system configurations.
- Solid customer and dealer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple manner.
- Willingness to travel for technical support when required.
- Must-Have Technical Knowledge.

The candidate should be comfortable handling queries related to: Inverter → Battery → Load → Charging → Backup → Protection → Fault Diagnosis → Configuration.

Experience - 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in inverter systems. Candidates from the following industries are preferred:
