Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inventory Executive with 15 years of experience in the precious metals/jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reconciling inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day inventory of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, and other precious metal products.

- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, receipts, transfers, issues, and dispatches.

- Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations.

- Coordinate with QC, procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams for inventory-related activities.

- Ensure proper tagging, documentation, storage, and movement of precious metal inventory.

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory reports.





- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external stock audits.

- Ensure adherence to inventory control processes and security protocols.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in inventory/stock management, preferably in the gold, jewellery, bullion, or precious metals industry.

- Good knowledge of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, purity, karatage, weight, and basic valuation concepts.

- Experience in physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

- Solid coordination and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive/high-value inventory with confidentiality and responsibility.
