Role: Microsoft Intune Architect/Expert

1. Design and Implementation:

Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions to support enterprise-wide endpoint management. Develop and deploy MDM and MAM policies for secure device management and application control.

Oversee the integration of Intune with other enterprise systems, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and third-party solutions.

1. Administration and Optimization:

Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles for various platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Monitor and optimize Intune performance to ensure scalability and reliability.

Perform regular health checks and updates to the Intune environment.

1. Collaboration and Consultation:

Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with security teams to enforce endpoint protection measures and compliance requirements.

Work with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

1. Troubleshooting and Support:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint management issues.
1. Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for Intune configurations, processes, and best practices.



Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users.
1. Innovation and Strategy:

Stay up to date on the latest Intune features, industry trends, and endpoint management best practices. Develop strategies for enhancing endpoint management and security across the organization.

Good-to-Have

1.Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD.

Expertise in MDM and MAM policies, including app deployment, conditional access, and device compliance.

Experience with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments.

2.Problem-Solving:

Robust analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

Ability to develop innovative solutions for endpoint management challenges.

3.Collaboration and Communication:

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

4.Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate is preferred.

Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is a plus.
