Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internship Trainee role located in Guwahati. The trainee will support various business units by assisting with project coordination, data collection, and basic analysis related to hospitality, F&B;, entertainment, and technology ventures.

Daily tasks may include preparing reports and presentations, conducting market and competitor research, documenting processes, and contributing ideas during team meetings. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams,



helping organize events or operational activities, and learning standard business tools and workflows. Under the guidance of senior team members, the trainee will gain practical exposure to venture development and ESG-focused business practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and prepare clear summaries or reports.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and presentations.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in teams and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in sustainability, cultural preservation, and ESG-focused ventures, particularly within Northeast India.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, management, hospitality, technology, or a related field.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
- Proactive, curious, and open to learning in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
