About Voiceworx Events

Voiceworx Events is a Kolkata-based live-events company established in 2008. We design and execute end-to-end experiences across corporate events, brand activations, weddings, social celebrations, and large-scale productions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Event Management Interns who want hands-on exposure to the real world of event planning, client servicing, production, and on-ground execution.

What You’ll Work On

During the 3-6 months internship, you will get practical exposure to:

- Concept & Research: Desktop research, event ideation, and structured pitch-deck preparation.
- Business Support: Supporting client outreach, communication, and new business development.
- Weddings & Social Events: Assisting with planning and coordination of weddings and social celebrations.
- On-Ground Execution: Supporting event build-ups, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Client Briefings: Attending client meetings, documenting briefs, and assisting with creative solutions.
- Operations & Administration: Tracking operational requirements and coordinating multiple event-related tasks.

Who We’re Looking For
- Students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant course in Events, PR, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable using digital tools, internet research, MS Office/Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Genuine interest in events, live experiences, public engagement,



and field production.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally across Kolkata for site visits and event operations.
- Adaptable and comfortable with long working hours during live events.
- Proactive, sincere, energetic, and willing to learn.

Duration: 3-6 Months

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

Positions: 2

Joining: Immediate

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Sunday: Off, except during event requirements

Work Location: Dilkhusha St., Kolkata 700017

Event days may require flexible timings and extended working hours depending on production requirements.
