We are seeking a dynamic and driven Law/Legal Intern to join our team at Lexworth Law, a corporate and commercial law firm advising businesses across India. If you have solid legal research and drafting skills, spoken and written English proficiency, and are proficient in MS-Office (especially MS Word), we would love to hear from you. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law issues, including regulatory compliance, case law, and statutory interpretation 2. Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including franchise agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts 3. Support work relating to intellectual property matters, including trademark f ilings, oppositions, replies, and basic IP advisory 4.

Assist in preparing legal opinions, client advisories, internal notes, and compliance checklists 5.



Work on matters involving employment law documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, HR policies, and statutory compliance 6. Assist in assignments relating to data privacy and technology law, including policy drafting (privacy policy, terms of use) and compliance research 7.

Support work relating to e-commerce and consumer law advisory, including marketplace compliance and contract structuring 8. Organise and maintain client documentation, trackers, and legal case files Assist in preparing client communication drafts, summaries of discussions, and follow-up documentation Skill(s) required English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office MS-Word

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
