International Voice Process Executive – Fresher/Experience

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle customer calls for UK and US-based clients, understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from UK and US customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain good call quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹18,525.54 - ₹34,553.31 per month
