Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Voice Process role based in Jabalpur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients, responding to customer queries, and providing accurate information and resolutions in a qualified manner. The team member will follow defined processes, document interactions in the system, escalate issues when necessary, and meet performance metrics such as quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with supervisors and colleagues, attending training sessions, and adhering to company policies, security standards,



and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear pronunciation and active listening.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including typing, navigating CRM or call center software, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, including professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work in a team-based setting.
- Prior experience in international voice or BPO processes is an advantage but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on international time zones, including evenings, nights, or weekends as required.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any discipline is beneficial.
