Job Title: Voice Process Associate US Healthcare

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare clients.

- Communicate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and healthcare representatives.

- Handle queries related to insurance eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, appointments, etc.

- Verify and update patient/member information accurately.

- Maintain proper documentation of all calls and interactions.

- Follow process SOPs, call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of PHI and follow HIPAA regulations.

- Resolve queries or escalate issues as per process requirements.

- Meet quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Excellent English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills required.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools.

- Graduate in any discipline; US healthcare/BPO experience preferred.

- Freshers with positive communication skills can be considered.

- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.

- Prior experience in US healthcare, medical billing, claims, insurance, or eligibility is an added advantage.
