Role Description The International Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The role involves advising clients on international destinations, itineraries, and travel options, tailoring travel plans to individual preferences and budgets.

The consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and travel insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service,



and resolving travel-related issues promptly. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel trends, airline and hotel policies, and promotional offers, while working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and optimize international itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, and travel insurance, along with familiarity with GDS or travel booking platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, and prior experience in an international travel agency or tour operator environment will be beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English and local languages are preferred.
