International Voice Process |
Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice Process
Handle international inbound VOICE for telecom customers
Resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, WiFi, and service interruptions
Provide transparent and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to process guidelines
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience(mandatory)
Of which 6 months of Telecom experience is mandatory
Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts"
