Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with strong travel sales aptitude can apply)

International Travel Consultant – Key Responsibilities

- Handle international travel enquiries and understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Plan and recommend international holiday packages, itineraries, hotels, flights, transfers, and activities.
- Prepare and share customized quotations based on destination, duration, pax, and budget.
- Handle lead generation, calling, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversion.
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, travel insurance, and entry regulations.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, visa agents, and international suppliers.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead status, follow-up schedules,



and sales reports.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry → consultation → quotation → negotiation → booking → pre-departure support.
- Upsell/cross-sell flights, activities, upgrades, insurance, transfers, and additional services.
- Resolve client queries and provide post-booking and pre-travel assistance.
- Stay updated on international destinations, visa policies, travel trends, exchange rates, and seasonal offers.
- Achieve sales targets, conversion ratios, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
