Telesales Representative – UK Process

Locations: Borivali & Mira Road, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: UK Shift | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our UK process team. The role involves outbound calling, telemarketing, customer engagement, and achieving defined sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers as part of the UK sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant products/services effectively.
- Generate and convert sales opportunities through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Work consistently towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.
- Apply effective sales and telemarketing techniques to improve conversion rates.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or international sales will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and sales conversations.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work in a UK shift.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the specified office locations.

What We Offer
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
