Manager / Senior Manager – International Accounts & Finance

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 8–12 Years (Post Qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Reporting To: Head Finance / CFO

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – International Accounts & Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and finance operations across multiple international entities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in group consolidation, international accounting standards, transfer pricing, audit management, treasury operations, and financial reporting in a multi-entity global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Group Consolidation

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for global entities.

Prepare accurate standalone and consolidated financial statements.

Manage consolidation of group accounts across multiple jurisdictions.

Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and key financial metrics.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, and applicable local GAAPs.

International Accounting & Compliance

Oversee accounting operations for international subsidiaries and overseas entities.

Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

Manage VAT/GST filings and other indirect tax compliances for international entities.

Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities across geographies.

Transfer Pricing

Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements.





Coordinate with tax advisors for transfer pricing studies and audits.

Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations.

Working Capital & Treasury Management

Monitor and optimize working capital across group entities.

Manage cash flow planning, liquidity forecasting, and fund utilization.

Oversee banking relationships and treasury operations.

Ensure efficient management of receivables, payables, and cash positions.

Audit & Internal Controls

Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and group audits.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

Ensure audit readiness and implementation of audit recommendations.

Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.

Develop dashboards and management presentations for senior leadership.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across multiple geographies.

Establish KPIs and performance metrics.

Drive process improvements and best practices across finance functions.





Foster collaboration across global finance teams.

Systems & Process Excellence

Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.

Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) for reporting and controls.

Standardize accounting and reporting processes across international entities.

Enhance reporting efficiency through advanced Excel and Power BI.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in International Accounts & Finance.

Expertise in Group Consolidation and Multi-Entity Accounting.

Sound knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, and Global GAAPs.

Experience in Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Accounting.

Strong understanding of Working Capital and Treasury Management.

Hands-on experience in Financial Reporting and MIS.

Proven experience in Statutory Audits and Financial Statement Audits.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing finance operations for international subsidiaries.

Exposure to cross-border transactions and multinational business structures.

Experience working with global audit firms and international regulatory frameworks.
