We are expanding our International Operations and Business Development Team and are looking for a confident, articulate, and target-oriented International Pre-Sales Executive to connect with overseas prospects and generate qualified business opportunities.

Job Overview The International Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for international calling, lead generation, lead qualification, requirement gathering, appointment setting, and coordination with the International Sales/Business Development Team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the confidence to communicate effectively with customers from different countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to international prospects and potential B2B customers.

Handle inbound calls and inquiries from overseas customers professionally.

Introduce the company and its steel product range to prospective customers.

Identify potential business opportunities through international calling.

Understand customers' basic business and product requirements.

Generate genuine and relevant international sales leads.

2. Lead Qualification

Collect and record essential prospect information, including:

Company Name

Contact Person & Designation

Product Requirement

Required Quantity

Product Specifications

Destination/Country

Expected Purchase Timeline

Identify key decision-makers and potential buying opportunities.

Evaluate and categorize leads based on their requirements and business potential.

Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate Sales/Business Development Executive.

Appointment & Meeting Coordination

Schedule calls, online meetings, and appointments with qualified prospects.

Coordinate meetings according to different international time zones.

Confirm meeting schedules and communicate details accurately.

Provide the sales team with relevant customer information before meetings.

4. Customer Communication

Communicate professionally with customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Provide basic information about the company and product categories.

Understand and respond to initial customer queries.

Handle basic objections professionally.

Avoid making unauthorized commitments regarding pricing, delivery, payment terms, or technical specifications.

Escalate technical and commercial queries to the concerned team.

5. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in the CRM.

Update call outcomes, lead status, customer requirements, and appointment details.

Maintain and update international customer databases.

Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Track key activities such as:

Calls Made

Calls Connected

Qualified Leads

Appointments Scheduled

Leads Transferred to Sales

6. Internal Coordination

Coordinate closely with the International Sales and Business Development Teams.

Ensure qualified leads are transferred with complete and accurate information.

Communicate important customer requirements to the concerned sales team.

Support the team in developing new international business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.

Strong listening and communication skills.

Confidence in handling international calls.

Professional telephone etiquette.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong questioning and lead-qualification abilities.

Ability to handle initial customer objections professionally.





Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and data management.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet applications.

Ability to work with international time zones when required.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

1–3 years of experience in International Sales, Pre-Sales, International Telecalling, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.

Candidates with experience communicating with customers from the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe, or Southeast Asia will have an advantage.

Freshers with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Must be comfortable with voice-based work and outbound international calling.
