Role Description The International Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies to promote Pacific Foods’ products in target global markets. Day-to-day tasks include:
1. conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting the launch of marketing campaigns across different regions.
2. The specialist will create marketing materials,
manage communication with overseas partners, and monitor campaign performance to optimize brand visibility and sales.
3. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging, regulatory compliance, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong International Marketing and International Sales skills to drive brand growth in global markets.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic business software and tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM or marketing platforms.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or specialized certification in international marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG or food export industries, familiarity with international trade regulations, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment are beneficial.
