International Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers Can Apply

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab up to 20 KM

Meal: One-Time Meal

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities :-

- Handle customer queries through voice/chat as per process requirements.
- Communicate with international customers and provide accurate solutions.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements :-

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
