Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English Communication Skills are Mandatory.
- Candidates with average or weak English communication will not be considered.




- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
