We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support / Technical Support – Voice Process team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through phone, chat, and email
- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, PC, and mobile products
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Resolve technical errors and provide effective solutions
- Process customer requests including renewals, refunds, and service-related queries
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy

? Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline: BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA/MTech are an added advantage




- Freshers and candidates with L1 Technical Support / Customer Support experience can apply

? Required Skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Positive email etiquette and browser/tool navigation skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
