Role Description The Internal Audit Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing internal audit activities across multiple client engagements and internal processes. This position involves planning and executing financial and operational audits, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.

The Internal Audit

Lead will review and finalize audit reports, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and follow up on remediation actions to strengthen control environments. The role includes analyzing financial data and business processes, identifying risks, and proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.

Lead will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams, mentor junior audit staff, and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Finance and Financial Audits, with the ability to assess financial statements,



processes, and controls.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and presenting Audit Reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and evaluate risks and control gaps.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels and influence decision-making.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred; internal audit certifications (CIA, CISA) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in internal audit or risk management within finance, outsourcing, or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
- Ability to lead audit teams, manage multiple assignments, and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
