· Shall be responsible for conducting and delivering qualitative risk based internal audit/systems audit, business process documentation and other risk advisory services for our clientele.

· Shall assist the Partner in delivering timely, accurate and reliable data to the clientele.

· Completing client projects effectively and efficiently and also maintaining a high level of proficiency and confidentiality.

· Broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a transparent understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.

. Preferably having Hands on Experience of working for listed companies and manufacturing industry in India.

. In –depth knowledge in COSO and COBIT framework, Internal Audit Standards.

The role focuses on evaluating internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance, and providing practical recommendations to strengthen governance and processes in a multi-country environment.

The role also requires exposure to technology-driven operations and system-based controls.

Plan and execute internal audits across business,



operational, financial, compliance, and technology areas.

Perform end-to-end audit activities including scoping, walkthroughs, testing, documentation, and reporting.

Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, including system-based and automated controls.

Participate in regulatory and compliance reviews, including exposure to AML / CFT and DORA-related audit areas, as part of the overall audit plan.

Evaluate processes and controls across cross-border operations, payment services, and multiple jurisdictions.

Prepare transparent and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations and agreed timelines.

Track audit observations and follow up on remediation actions.

Work closely with business, operations, technology, and compliance teams across geographies while maintaining audit independence.

Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and client at all levels.

Must possess good presentation skill sets

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
