Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Noida for an Intern with experience in Legal Process Outsourcing. The intern will assist in reviewing legal documents, preparing summaries, and supporting contract drafting and compliance checks under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting legal and business research, organizing case files and transaction documents, and helping maintain documentation standards and process workflows for LPO projects.

The intern will collaborate with consulting and finance teams to align legal deliverables with client requirements, participate in internal meetings, and support preparation of reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.



The role offers practical exposure to LPO operations, venture consulting, and investment-related documentation.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of legal concepts and procedures, with prior exposure to Legal Process Outsourcing or related legal support work.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, including comfort working with contracts, case laws, regulatory materials, and business documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal and financial documents.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and client-ready documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida, while managing time and multiple assignments responsibly.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; prior internship experience in LPO, law firms, or corporate legal departments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new process and documentation systems.
- Demonstrated interest in venture consulting, investments, or corporate advisory work will be considered beneficial.
