We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Intern - Trainee to join our organisation. The Intern will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to the complete home loan process, including customer acquisition, documentation, field verification, coordination with Credit and Operations, and customer servicing.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
- Assist in calling prospective customers and understanding their home loan requirements.
- Support collection of KYC, income, property, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documentation and case follow-ups.
- Assist the team in processing home loan applications as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records in the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and documentation.
- Understand company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements related to housing finance.
- Achieve assigned learning and business targets during the training period.
