Shoppers use PaisaWapas via web or app to discover deals and earn cashback when they complete purchases through the platform.

Cashback earnings vary by product, category, and retailer, giving customers flexibility and choice. The company focuses on enhancing the online shopping experience by offering savings, curated offers, and a user-friendly interface for deal discovery.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily operations such as researching and listing deals, assisting with content creation for the website and app, and helping maintain accurate information about partner stores and offers.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams, tracking campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve user engagement and platform usability.



The role offers exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, and product operations in a fast-paced startup environment, with guidance from experienced team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct online research, analyze basic data, and organize information clearly and accurately.
- Interest in e-commerce, cashback or coupon platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create simple, clear content for users.
- Comfort with web and mobile applications, spreadsheets, and common productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ability to follow processes, and willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in any discipline; business, marketing, or technology fields are a plus.
- Collaborative approach, professional conduct, and ability to work on-site in Delhi during standard business hours.
