Intern News Anchor

Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Intern News Anchors who are passionate about journalism and current affairs. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching news, writing scripts, and presenting news content for our digital platforms.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop practical skills in news reporting, anchoring,



and digital media production while working in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and verify news stories from credible sources.
- Write clear, engaging, and accurate news scripts.
- Present news confidently on camera for digital and social media platforms.
- Stay updated with current affairs and breaking news.
- Coordinate with the editorial and production teams for content planning and execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for news coverage and content ideas.
- Maintain journalistic ethics, accuracy, and editorial standards.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in journalism, news, and current affairs.
- Good research and script writing skills.
- Confident on-camera presence with clear communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
