Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor intern will support day-to-day supervision of interior work at active project sites in Chennai. This on-site role includes monitoring progress of interior finishing activities, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.

The intern will assist in checking materials delivered to site, maintaining basic site records, and reporting daily updates to senior engineers or project managers.

Responsibilities also include helping to enforce safety practices, identifying minor issues on site,



and supporting resolution under guidance. This is an internship role designed to provide practical exposure to interior project execution and site management.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of interior construction processes, materials, and finishing techniques, preferably through coursework or prior internship.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings at a basic level.
- Strong observation, documentation, and time-management skills for tracking site activities and progress.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills to work with site staff, contractors, and supervisors.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to work full days on site in Chennai and adapt to varying project conditions.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and familiarity with construction or design software is an advantage.
