Role Description The Interior Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing interior fit-outs and construction activities within office spaces. The role involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that interior works are executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The Interior Site

Engineer will perform daily site inspections, monitor progress, enforce quality control, and resolve technical issues related to structural and civil aspects of interior projects. The position also includes preparing site reports, updating stakeholders on project status, managing material usage,



and supporting the handover of completed office spaces to clients. The role requires proactive communication and close collaboration with the project management team to achieve efficient and high-quality interior delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust on-site supervision skills, including experience in managing interior fit-out activities and coordinating daily site operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients, and for preparing site reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to design standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles relevant to interior construction, including basic load considerations, finishes, and services integration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; experience as a site engineer or interior project engineer is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, use of basic project management tools, and familiarity with local building codes and safety practices.
- Ability to work extended hours in office when required, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within quality standards.
