Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and maintenance work across Basil outlets. This role includes coordinating daily site activities, supervising contractors and vendors, and ensuring that interior work is executed according to design specifications, brand standards, and safety requirements.

Supervisor monitors project timelines, tracks material usage, and reports progress and issues to project managers and other stakeholders. The role also involves conducting quality checks, resolving on-site challenges, and collaborating with design, operations, and facilities teams to deliver functional, consistent, and guest-friendly spaces.

Qualifications





- Experience supervising interior projects, including site execution, contractor management, and adherence to design and brand standards.
- Knowledge of basic civil and interior works, materials, finishes, and construction techniques relevant to retail or F&B; outlets (2D & 3D drawings - AUTOCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for on-site teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sites, schedules, and vendors while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, operations, procurement, and external partners.
- Familiarity with safety practices, compliance requirements, and site documentation (checklists, reports, and snag lists).
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging and documentation apps) for reporting and coordination.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments is preferred; experience in a fast-scaling brand is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore, visit multiple locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
