We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage both interior design and client sales, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer & Sales professional with 4–5 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects while managing the design process from concept to execution.

## Key Responsibilities

### Interior Design

Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.

Create innovative and functional interior design concepts.

Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.

Develop mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and space planning.

Coordinate with project managers, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project reviews.

Ensure projects are completed according to design standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

### Sales & Business Development

Handle walk-in clients, online leads,



and customer inquiries.

Conduct client presentations and explain design concepts confidently.

Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and project cost estimates.

Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.

Coordinate with the operations and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

## Technical Skills

AutoCAD

SketchUp

V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (preferred)

3ds Max (preferred)

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

## Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design and Sales.

Prior experience in an interior design or turnkey execution company is mandatory.
