Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator – Execution

Department: Interior / Projects / Execution

Experience: 5 years in interior execution or project coordination

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day interior project execution at site.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Study and understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at site.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding material delivery and work completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, delays, and quality concerns.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and site modifications. Ensure proper sequencing of carpentry and other interior works.
- Check measurements and assist in preparing work completion and material requirement reports.
- Maintain proper site documentation, including drawings, checklists, work orders, and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure activities are completed within the agreed timeline.




- Identify potential execution problems and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies at the project site.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
- Travel to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate cutting lists, BOQs, and detailed production drawings is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
