Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Lucknow.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves site visits, measurements, supervision of implementation, and regular communication with clients to understand requirements, present design options, and refine solutions.

Designer will also assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and cost estimates, while ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and visually cohesive spaces.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts, circulation, and usability across residential and commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations for project execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes aligned with the design vision.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Photoshop, PowerPoint).
- Strong visual, conceptual, and detailing abilities, with attention to quality and practicality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred.
