Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designing and Project Manager role located in Mumbai. The role involves developing interior design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, and coordinating space planning in line with client requirements and building standards.

The Interior

Designing and Project Manager will oversee construction drawings, manage FF&E; selection and procurement, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Daily responsibilities include site visits, monitoring progress, addressing design and construction issues, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role also requires regular client meetings, documentation of project status, and alignment of design outcomes with agreed scope and expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E;, with ability to develop concepts, material palettes, and furniture selections aligned with project briefs.




- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional layouts that meet regulatory and building requirements.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including coordination with consultants and contractors for technical accuracy.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Mumbai.
