Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Fit-out Drawing Quality Check professional. The role involves reviewing and verifying interior fit-out drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design guidelines, building codes, and project specifications.

Responsibilities include checking dimensions and annotations, identifying discrepancies, suggesting corrective actions, and coordinating with designers, project managers, and site teams to resolve drawing issues. The role also includes maintaining documentation of quality checks, supporting continuous improvement of drawing standards,



and ensuring that approved drawings are ready for execution on-site. The position may require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align design intent with practical implementation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret drawings, identify inconsistencies, and assess technical details.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure drawings meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to systematically review, document, and track the quality of drawings and fit-out documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with design, engineering, and project execution teams and clearly convey feedback on drawings.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out, architectural or engineering drawing review, or similar quality-focused roles is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of CAD or other design software, building regulations, and fit-out processes is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to work within deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
