Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and create functional, aesthetically pleasing interiors aligned with brand and user needs. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing detailed drawings and documentation. The role involves working with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed as planned, monitoring project progress,



and making on-site adjustments as needed.

The Interior

Designer will also support presentations, maintain project timelines, and contribute to design standards and best practices within the company.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design skills with experience in concept development and detailing.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interior projects and coordination with structural elements.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings, layouts, and documentation for execution.
- Experience managing FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visual, technical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; relevant project portfolio required.
- Experience working on commercial or corporate interior projects is an advantage.
