We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Design Associate to join our Interior Design team. This is an prospect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to develop their skills and gain practical exposure to residential and commercial interior projects.
This is a Designer-in-Training role. You will learn and develop skills in:
- Design concepts and basic spatial planning
- AutoCAD standards and drafting
- Working drawings and construction documentation
- Furniture detailing
- Fabrication and execution drawings
- Site measurements and documentation
- Material understanding and selection
- Vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Client documentation and presentation support
- Coordination with the Design, Project, and Site teams
- Understanding design execution from concept to completion
Candidate Profile:
- Fresh Graduate / Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture,
or a related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Strong interest in Interior Design and a willingness to learn
- Good understanding of basic design principles
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Willingness to attend site visits and learn project execution
