Job Role

- Interior Designer

- Responsible for developing and executing architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or other projects.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.

- Prepare design concepts, layouts, drawings, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.

- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure designs are executed as planned.

- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, colours, and other design elements according to project requirements.

- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback where required.

- Monitor project progress and coordinate design-related activities to ensure timely completion.

- Maintain accurate drawings, revisions, specifications, and other project records.

- Stay updated with current architecture, interior design trends, materials, and design practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.

- Prepare floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Develop space-planning solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and project requirements.

- Prepare design presentations and visual references for clients.

- Assist in developing material boards, mood boards, and finish selections.

Client Coordination

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and project expectations.

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.

- Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

- Maintain professional communication throughout the project.

Site Coordination





- Conduct site visits and verify measurements and existing conditions.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams.

- Monitor execution against approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify design or execution issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.

- Ensure design quality and accuracy during project execution.

Documentation & Project Management

- Maintain updated drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

- Manage design revisions and ensure the latest drawings are available to the relevant teams.

- Coordinate design activities according to project timelines.

- Assist with material specifications, quantity requirements, and project documentation.

- Support the team in ensuring projects are completed within the required timelines.
