- Interior Design Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Interior Design Site Supervisor to join our Real Estate Operations team. The role involves managing on-ground property operations, supervising renovation and maintenance activities, conducting property inspections, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring properties are ready for sales and handover.

The position requires regular field visits across Bangalore and involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and residential societies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit properties regularly and supervise renovation, repair, maintenance, and improvement activities.
- Monitor ongoing work and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and service providers for property-related work.
- Conduct detailed property inspections and identify maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and quality-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and provide timely updates to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct quality checks on completed renovation and repair work.
- Identify substandard or incomplete work and coordinate with vendors for corrective action.
- Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and presentable for prospective customers and sales visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Acquisition, Finance, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure smooth property readiness.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of completed properties to the Sales team.
- Maintain proper records of property visits, work status, vendor activities,



pending issues, and completion timelines.
- Coordinate with residential societies and other stakeholders for access, permissions, maintenance, and property-related requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues at the property level and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to defined quality and safety standards.
- Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers, vendors, contractors, and society representatives.
- Take ownership of assigned properties and ensure timely closure of operational activities.

Candidate Profile / Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- 1 to 5 years of experience in property operations, real estate operations, facility management, site supervision, renovation, maintenance, retail operations, hospitality operations, or a similar field.
- Candidates with prior real estate or property management or Interior Design Site Supervisor experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong field orientation and relevant practical exposure may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong field operations and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of property inspection,



maintenance, repair, and renovation activities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English or Hindi is required.
- Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Positive reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across Bangalore.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.

Other Requirements

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory for travelling across Bangalore.
- Should be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Should have a Get Things Done attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
- Should demonstrate professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.
