Role Description As an Interior Design Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end interior design process for residential and commercial spaces. On a day-to-day basis, you will meet clients in office in Hyderabad, understand their requirements and budgets, create design concepts, and recommend suitable layouts, materials, color schemes, and furniture options.

You will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of designs, and provide regular updates to clients. The role involves preparing presentations, mood boards, and basic drawings, supporting sales conversions through design expertise,



and ensuring a smooth, customer-centric experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, with a salary of up to 5 LPA.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design skills, including space planning, materials selection, and an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead conversion, explain design proposals, and promote company services and solutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection and placement to create cohesive, comfortable, and practical interiors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency with basic design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and the ability to create visual presentations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Prior experience in interior design consulting, retail furniture, or real estate design projects will be an advantage.
